Buying a Ticket
Head over to Wolseytheatre.co.uk and find the show you’d like to buy a ticket for. Make sure you choose the digital watch at home option.
After Buying your Ticket
Once you have purchased your ticket you will receive a booking confirmation email.
2 days before the performance date you have purchased, you will receive a link to the same email you used to buy the ticket. This link will be active on the date you have booked to view The Snow Queen, and will expire after after the show, so make sure you keep your confirmation email safe.
Please check your junk/spam folders for any emails relating to the performance.
You will need to login using the details you used to purchase the ticket, when going to view the show.
Will the screening be of a live performance?
Yes, the shows before Christmas will all be performed live at The New Wolsey Theatre.
I have booked a ticket, what do I need to do next?
Great, there is nothing else for you to do. We will have sent you a confirmation email for your order. You will receive another email 2 days before the show. This link will activate on the date you have booked.
Can I watch The Snow Queen on my phone?
Yes, you will be able to watch The Snow Queen on any smart device, you will just need to click the link in your email.
For best viewing, we recommend watching The Snow Queen on a laptop or desktop computer.
I have booked a ticket but not received my confirmation email.

Can I watch What a Carve Up! more than once?
If you have bought a ticket to watch live, you can only watch on the date you have chosen. If you have bought an on-demand ticket, you can watch up to a week after Christmas.
How long is it?
The Snow Queen runs for approximately 1.5 hours.
I plan to watch with family/friends, how many tickets do I need to buy?
You only need one ticket per screen. If your family/friends are in different households then they will also need to book a ticket.
